​​​​​Offering a tranquil space to momentarily escape our hectic world and focus on dropping into stillness whilst practising kindness towards ourselves. 
The 60 or 90 minute sessions invite you to lie in savasna under a weighted blanket, as relaxation techniques (tailored to individual preference) including meditation, visualisations, breathwork, incense, touch, healing sound waves, relaxing and uplifting music and poetry are lovingly given.
